We are a 25 year young luxury travel design studio curating handcrafted, personalized journeys for HNI and UHNI travellers, with a signature ‘Dash of Panache’. We don’t sell pre-packaged tours; we design experiences from a blank canvas. We are looking for a Travel Designer (either a fresher with a deep hunger for learning or someone with 2–3 years of experience in travel and luxury hospitality) to help us craft these global stories. You’ll love working here if:

You obsess over details: You care about which specific suite has the best sunset view, or how long a transfer takes during rush hour in Tokyo.

You are naturally curious: You spend your free time reading up on boutique hotels, hidden restaurants, and emerging travel destinations.

You are deeply empathetic: You understand that luxury isn’t just about expensive things; it’s about anticipation, personalization, and making clients feel cared for.

You are highly organized: You can juggle multiple complex itineraries, time zones, and partner communications without dropping the ball. This might not be the right fit if:

You prefer a predictable script: Every client and itinerary is different. If you want a standard catalog of packages to sell, you will find our bespoke process frustrating.

You dislike high expectations: Our clients are discerning and expect perfection. You must be comfortable handling feedback and pivoting quickly when things change.

You prefer work from home: We are a highly collaborative team building a physical culture in our Ulsoor office. We need you here 5 days a week. What you’ll actually do:

Design bespoke, end-to-end luxury travel itineraries across the globe.

Research and vet hotels — established and boutique — local guides, and unique experiences.





Build relationships with our global hospitality partners and negotiate on behalf of our clients.

Communicate directly with clients to refine their trips and handle on-the-ground troubleshooting when they are traveling. Why work with us?

Hiring process To be thorough with this hire, we will conduct a first round interview (via Google Meets). Selected candidates will be invited to our office for a 3-4 hour case day where they will sit with our Travel Designers to complete an assignment.
