What You Will Do
- Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Follow up with assigned leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to promote and sell travel packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales and timely follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain and regularly update customer information in the CRM system.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and appear in marketing videos or social media content whenever required to represent the company.
Who We Are Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telecalling or the Travel industry. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable appearing in promotional videos and representing the company on social media when required.
