We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant – Operations who can independently manage client bookings from confirmation to successful trip completion while delivering exceptional customer service.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- End-to-end handling of holiday bookings after sales closure
- Managing complete FIT, Honeymoon, Family Holiday, Luxury Travel, Group Tour, and Festival Travel files
- Booking and coordinating hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing, cruises, rail passes, travel insurance, and special experiences

• Strong working knowledge of travel booking platforms such as TBO, Tripjack, Riya, Rezlive, Hotelbeds, DMC Portals , and other supplier systems

- Sourcing the best possible quotes, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring maximum value for clients
- Creating detailed, visually appealing, and accurate travel itineraries
- Handling all client documentation, vouchers, confirmations, and pre-departure requirements
- Coordinating visa requirements and supporting documentation with the visa team
- Managing supplier communications and maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Sharing destination information, travel advisories, weather updates,



visa regulations, baggage rules, and important travel guidelines
- Providing excellent customer support before, during, and after travel
- Being available to assist guests during travel in case of operational issues, flight disruptions, hotel concerns, or emergency situations
- Managing client communication through WhatsApp, Email, and Calls with professionalism and promptness
- Upselling room upgrades, experiences, activities, insurance, airport transfers, and premium travel services
- Following up on pending documents, confirmations, and operational requirements
- Coordinating with Sales, Visa, Accounts, Marketing, and Management teams for smooth execution
- Tracking booking deadlines, payment schedules, visa timelines, and supplier cut-offs
- Assisting with payment collections from clients and coordinating vendor payments with the accounts team
- Maintaining operational trackers, booking records, and internal reports
- Ensuring every client receives a seamless, premium, and memorable travel experience

✅ IDEAL CANDIDATE

- 1–2 years of experience in International Travel Operations
- Strong destination knowledge of Europe, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Bali,



Thailand, Vietnam, Dubai, Turkey, and other international destinations
- Excellent communication and client servicing skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple files simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable handling high-value luxury clients
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage travel emergencies effectively
- Passionate about travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences
