Training will be provided. Key Responsibility - Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in customers.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable Domestic and International holiday packages.
- Promote and sell tour packages to achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth tour execution.
- Stay updated on destinations, travel products, and ongoing offers. Eligibility - Graduate in any discipline.

- Candidates with experience in Travel Sales, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, or the Travel Industry will be preferred.
Skill
Required - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Good sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
