Job Summary

Travelbasketm is looking for an experienced and target-driven Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling domestic and international holiday packages, handling customer inquiries, preparing customized itineraries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare customized domestic and international itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Upsell travel services including hotels, visa assistance, travel insurance, airport transfers, and activities.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.
- Maintain customer records using CRM or Excel.
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on destinations, visa requirements, travel trends, and promotional offers.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Travel Sales,



Tourism, Hospitality, or Holiday Package Sales.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Experience in selling customized FIT packages and group tours.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Positive understanding of itinerary planning and holiday costing.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
