- 5-10 years of experience in the US Healthcare sector
- Strong knowledge of AR calling processes and medical billing procedures.
- Experience in any one of the specialties - SNF (Staff Nursing Facility), OT (Occupational Therapy), PT (Physical or Professional Therapy), Rehabilitation, Home Health or Hospice.
- Candidates must be currently working as a SME, QA, Process trainer or process coach.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with the Batch.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; solid problem-solving skills.
