About The Role We are seeking two full-time faculty members to join as the Training Faculty of ENCADEMY – a CSR-funded training academy by Encardio Rite. ENCADEMY is the first-of-its-kind initiative in India dedicated to building skills in geotechnical instrumentation, sensors, and monitoring technologies for critical infrastructure projects such as tunnels, dams, metros, and mining.

As faculty, you will be shaping the foundation of this unique program, bringing your technical knowledge and passion for teaching to prepare the next generation of specialists in this niche field. Candidates may come with deep industry/academic experience or as early-career professionals with strong fundamentals and teaching flair — in both cases, a structured training program will prepare you to deliver the curriculum confidently.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured training sessions on geotechnical and structural health monitoring instrumentation, including sensors, dataloggers, and monitoring techniques.
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions with laboratory instruments, field setups, and demonstration models.
- Mentor and guide trainees during exercises, assignments, and project-based learning.
- Collaborate with guest/visiting faculty to deliver advanced sessions and specialized topics.
- Continuously update training modules to reflect industry standards, new technologies, and best practices.




- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure skill development.

Key Deliverables

- Successful delivery of training programs as per the approved curriculum and schedule.
- High trainee satisfaction and measurable learning outcomes through assessments and practical demonstrations.
- Contribution to curriculum enhancement and knowledge repository for future batches.

Qualifications & Experience

- Civil/Geotechnical/Geology/Electronic/Instrumentation Engineers (B.Tech/ M.Tech) Experienced.
- MSc Physics/ MSc Electronics or Civil/ Geotechnical/ Geology/ Electronic/ Instrumentation Engineers (Freshers or early-career candidates).
- Preferable would be Industry or academic experience in monitoring/tunnelling/dams/metros /mining projects.

Academic & Soft Skills

- Teaching flair with strong fundamentals and willingness to undergo faculty training.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills with the ability to guide trainees effectively.
- Prior teaching or training exposure is desirable.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to create an engaging learning environment.
- Organizational and planning abilities for smooth training delivery.
- Adaptability, problem-solving approach, and collaborative mindset.
