Role Description The Training and Placement Executive will coordinate and manage student placements by building and maintaining relationships

. The role involves organizing campus interviews, placement drives, and career guidance sessions, as well as tracking placement outcomes and maintaining related documentation.

The executive will support students in interview preparation, resume building, and skilled etiquette, while collaborating with trainers to align course delivery with market requirements.

Regular interaction with students, employers, and internal teams is expected to ensure smooth placement processes and continuous improvement of placement results.

Qualifications

- Strong Job Placements and employer relationship management skills, including the ability to identify and secure suitable opportunities for students.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with students, recruiters, and internal stakeholders..
- Relevant Training experience or aptitude to conduct pre-placement sessions, interview preparation workshops, and career counseling activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
