- Minimum 2 years experience in US-BFSI process in a BPO
- Robust communication skills, Training &Facilitation; skills, Interpersonal, Analytical, Technical and Organisational skills.
- Develop and deliver customized training programs based on customer needs and requirements.
- Provide soft skills training to enhance communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills of team members.
- Manage the entire process from planning to execution of trainings using tools like TTI (Training Need Identification) and TNA (Training Needs Analysis).
- Evaluation and Feedback, Process documentation, Mentoring and coaching and Compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of corporate trainings.
