Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Trainers role based in Coimbatore. Trainers will design and deliver engaging training sessions for corporate employees, college students, and school learners, using the ABLS method and other relevant instructional approaches.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, creating learning materials, conducting classroom and workshop-style sessions, and facilitating group activities and discussions. Trainers will assess participant needs, monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and document training outcomes. The role also involves coordinating with client stakeholders, updating training content as required,



and participating in internal meetings to improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong training, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess curriculum design and lesson planning skills, including the ability to create structured, outcome-focused training materials.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build rapport with participants.
- Candidates should possess skills in learner assessment and feedback, including evaluating performance and documenting progress.
- Candidates should possess basic organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training programs and schedules.
- Relevant experience in corporate training, academic teaching, or educational facilitation is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in education, training, psychology, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with classroom technologies, MS Office tools, and basic digital learning platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Coimbatore and travel to client locations within the region as required.
