Minimum 2 years experience in US-BFSI process in a BPO
Robust communication skills, Training &Facilitation; skills, Interpersonal, Analytical, Technical and Organisational skills.
Develop and deliver customized training programs based on customer needs and requirements.
Provide soft skills training to enhance communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills of team members.
Manage the entire process from planning to execution of trainings using tools like TTI (Training Need Identification) and TNA (Training Needs Analysis).
Evaluation and Feedback, Process documentation, Mentoring and coaching and Compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of corporate trainings.
