Trainer Customer Support

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Trainer in Chat Process to join our team in Sector 144, Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in delivering training for Chat Support/Customer Support processes, with robust coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Location: Sector 144, Noida

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Shift: Rotational Shifts (U.S. Process)

Week Off: Rotational Week Off (5 Days Working)

CTC: Up to 8 LPA (30 to 35% hike on the last drawn CTC)

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver process, product, and communication training to new hires and existing employees in the Chat Process.
- Conduct induction, refresher, and upskilling training sessions.
- Coach and mentor agents to improve chat quality, customer experience, productivity, and process adherence.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, mock chats, nesting support, and quality metrics.
- Prepare and maintain training modules, presentations, reports, and learning materials.




- Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs and drive performance improvement.
- Ensure trainees meet productivity, quality, and client expectations before going live.
- Support continuous learning initiatives and process improvement programs.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience as a Trainer in a Chat Process/BPO/Customer Support environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts in a Work From Office setup.
