Key Responsibilities

- Training Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging New Hire Training (NHT), cross-skilling, and refresher training sessions.
- Batch Performance & OJT: Monitor trainee progress through assessments, tests, and floor walks to ensure a smooth transition from classroom to Production (On-the-Job Training).
- Coaching & Floor Support: Identify knowledge gaps, conduct targeted coaching,



and partner with Quality & Operations teams to drive campaign KPIs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate training metrics, batch attendance, assessment scores, and update training modules as process workflows evolve.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience as a Process Trainer in a BPO / Call Center environment.
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only (0 to 7 days max).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Skills: Strong classroom management, presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Location: Based in or ready to relocate to Hyderabad.
