Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct product and sales training sessions for recent employees.

- Deliver engaging classroom and on-the-job training programs.

- Train employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and company processes.

- Assess trainees' learning through evaluations, quizzes, and feedback sessions.

- Identify training needs and recommend suitable learning interventions.

- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.

- Coordinate with business and sales teams to ensure training objectives are achieved.

- Provide regular coaching and refresher training to improve sales performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Trainer, Product Trainer, or Corporate Trainer.

- Candidates with a BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) background will be preferred.

- Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English (both verbal and written) are mandatory.

- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- Good understanding of sales processes and product training methodologies.

- Ability to engage and motivate trainees.

- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
