Role Summary As a Trainer, you will be responsible for building and enhancing team capabilities across Sponsored Ads, Display Advertising, and Programmatic (DSP) campaigns. You will design and deliver structured training programs, ensuring teams are equipped with the right knowledge, tools, and best practices to drive campaign performance and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities You will design and deliver training programs covering digital advertising fundamentals, including Sponsored Ads, Display, and DSP workflows. The role involves creating structured learning modules aligned with SOPs, conducting workshops on campaign optimization and performance metrics, and enabling teams with hands-on knowledge of targeting strategies, bidding, and budget management.
You will also drive assessments, certifications, and readiness tracking while continuously updating training content in line with evolving advertising platforms and capabilities.
Preferred Background Candidates with robust experience in digital marketing training, especially in display and programmatic advertising, are preferred. Exposure to Amazon Ads ecosystem (Sponsored & DSP) will be a strong advantage.
