Description

As a Trainee/Relationship Manager in our Bancassurance department, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our insurance services and potential customers through bank channels. Your primary objective will be to generate insurance business by collaborating closely with assigned bank branches. This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff and customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable insurance solutions.

You will promote and sell our insurance products, conduct customer meetings, and support policy issuance. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving assigned business targets and maintaining high service standards.

Your role will also entail coordinating with bank officials for business development and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
