Location: Remote (Chandigarh and/or Bengaluru)

Schedule: Monday to Friday

- 8 hours/day (2 hours IST + 6 hours EST — 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST, US & Canada)

Experience: 1+ Year Monthly Compensation: INR 16,000/month (training retainer) + INR 2,000/month (phone & internet allowance)

What You'll Do

As a Sales, Marketing & Operations Trainee , you will receive structured, hands-on training across multiple business functions — building a strong foundation for long-term career growth within a cutting-edge AI startup.

Sales & Product Support

- Become a confident presenter capable of delivering product demos to global clients
- Develop end-to-end knowledge of Digi Cosmos portals and workflows
- Assist the sales team with CRM updates, lead tracking, and follow-ups
- Prepare demo scripts, client summaries, and client-ready presentation materials

Marketing & Content
- Create compelling content using AI-powered tools (blogs, social posts, scripts, and summaries)
- Manage social media scheduling and content distribution across platforms
- Support content calendar planning and contribute to weekly marketing reports

Operations & Customer Support
- Deliver responsive customer support via email and chat
- Manage internal documentation and company portals




- Conduct research and prepare clear, concise summaries
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Requirements Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written — with the ability to interact confidently with global clients
- Strong presentation skills; comfortable delivering demos and client-facing communications
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistently reliable
- Fast learner — coachable and able to absorb new information quickly
- Strong work ethic with a firm commitment to meeting deadlines
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection (fiber preferred)
- Ability to work a minimum of 6 hours/day in EST (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, US/Canada Time)

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in content creation and social media management
- Background in BPO, customer support, or client-facing roles
- Basic familiarity with marketing, CRM platforms, or content workflows
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
