About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR Operations and Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, HRMS management, employee engagement initiatives, and end-to-end recruitment. It is an excellent chance for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources.

High-performing interns may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on their performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations, including employee engagement activities, event coordination, birthday celebrations, joining announcements, and other HR communications.
2. Support attendance management, employee records, documentation, and HRMS updates.
3. Coordinate with external vendors for various HR support functions, including background verification, recruitment partners, and employee engagement activities.
4. Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, coordination with hiring managers, and candidate follow-ups.
5. Maintain recruitment trackers,



prepare reports, and ensure timely closure of hiring requirements.
6. Support onboarding activities and assist in creating a smooth joining experience for new employees.
7. Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
