Role Description The Trainee (Graphics & Social Media) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The trainee will support the design team by creating and editing graphics for web, mobile, and branding projects, including social media posts, banners, and basic marketing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with image editing,



preparing visual content for various digital platforms, and following brand guidelines to maintain a consistent look and feel.

The role also involves scheduling and posting content on social media channels, monitoring engagement, and coordinating with team members to align visuals with campaign goals. The trainee will receive guidance from senior designers and marketers while learning best practices in digital design and social media marketing.

Qualifications

Graphics and Graphic Design skills to create clean, visually appealing layouts and assets.

Image Editing skills to optimize, retouch, and adapt visuals for different digital platforms.

Social Media skills to prepare, post, and manage visual content across relevant channels.

Marketing awareness to align designs and social media activities with brand and campaign objectives.

Basic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.

Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow creative and technical guidelines.

Valuable communication skills and ability to collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing team members.

Relevant coursework or training in graphic design, digital media, or a related field; internships or project experience are an advantage.
