We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Trainee to join our IT team. The trainee will assist in providing technical support to end users, installing and configuring computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting day-to-day IT operations. The role provides hands-on experience in Windows administration, Microsoft 365, networking, asset management, and IT security while working under the guidance of senior IT staff.

The trainee is expected to learn quickly, maintain accurate documentation, and follow company IT policies and procedures.

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.





- Understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.

- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP Addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a team setting.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or IT support tools is an added advantage.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company IT and security policies.
