We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our HR team as an Trainee HR - Operations . This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, background verification, HR operations, and employee record management.

Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month training program on stipend . Upon successful completion of the training and performance evaluation, candidates will be confirmed as full-time employees on the company payroll .

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate pre-joining and post-joining activities.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents.
- Process onboarding documentation and employee records.
- Coordinate Background Verification and follow up for completion.
- Prepare and issue Offer Letters, Stipend Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Experience Letters,



and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee files, HR MIS, and onboarding trackers.
- Coordinate induction and onboarding activities with internal teams.
- Assist with employee confirmations, transfers, exits, and HR documentation.
- Ensure employee records are accurate, updated, and compliant with company policies.
- Support day-to-day HR Operations and administrative activities.

Preferred Educational Qualification & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR Operations.
