Finesse Stock Broking Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated, analytical, and detail-oriented Trading Dealer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent analytical abilities, and hands-on experience in executing trades efficiently. Candidates with experience in equity and derivatives trading will be preferred.

Job Details

Designation: Trading Dealer

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Only Jaipur-based candidates preferred)

Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years (Relevant experience preferred)

CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA (Based on interview performance)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Execute buy and sell orders generated through trading strategies and algorithms accurately within the defined timelines.

Monitor live market movements and ensure timely and error-free trade execution.

Analyze trading data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.

Maintain accurate records of executed trades and trading activities.

Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to trading operations.

Develop a sound understanding of equity, derivatives, and financial market concepts.

Support the trading team by providing market insights and recommendations to improve execution efficiency and optimize trading costs.





Ensure compliance with internal processes, exchange regulations, and company policies.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth trading operations.

Required Skills

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication, listening, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Good knowledge of the Indian Stock Market.

Hands-on understanding of Equity and F&O; (Futures & Options) trade execution.

Experience in manual trading and client dealing.

Strong mathematical, numerical, and aptitude skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Mandatory Certification

NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification

Preferred Candidate Profile

6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in stock broking or financial markets.

Passionate about capital markets and trading.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethics.

Ability to remain calm and communicate effectively under pressure.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
