- Good understanding of loan trade and servicing concepts (borrower/facility structure, agent vs participant roles, allocations, settlement date conventions, interest/fee events, and cash postings) and ability to interpret agent notices/statements.
- Experience in Loan Syndication / Loan Operations with exposure to primary allocations and/or secondary loan settlement, confirmations, and reconciliations
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with ability to coordinate across teams and explain exceptions clearly.
