Group (TMTG), part of the ETEL Group, has overhauled its leadership to improve agility and execution across Ireland. The appointments, effective immediately, are designed to sharpen commercial focus while navigating competitive pressure, supply chain complexity, tighter regulation, and inflation. The company says the refreshed structure will align strategy and day-to-day operations across TMTG and Tyre Call (NI).

TMTG has promoted long-serving executive Sean Cusack to Managing Director, TMTG. With more than four decades at the group since 1983, he will oversee operations and lead the roll-out of a three-year plan. The company points to continuity and institutional knowledge as priorities for this phase of growth.

Northern Ireland Leadership With

On-the-ground Experience Derek Hill becomes Managing Director, Tyre Call (NI). Active in the Northern Ireland arm since 1993, Hill is tasked with executing the regional strategy and building on the business he helped establish. The group says targeted leadership in Northern Ireland will protect service levels and reinforce competitive positioning. Commercial focus on growth segments Corrie Beggs steps up to Commercial Director, TMTG, after starting his tyre career at Tyre Call (NI) in 2014. His brief includes group-wide commercial strategy, development of high-growth tyre segments, and new products and services. In practice, this means a more consistent market offer for customers across the island of Ireland. The new structure aims to streamline decision-making, coordinate stock and service, and improve responsiveness as regulatory demands rise and inflation persists. TMTG says the framework strengthens collaboration with fellow ETEL entities, supporting scalable growth and a clearer route to market for manufacturers.
