Owns vulnerability remediation across Fortinet platforms in the indirect-exposure tier, with partial automation already in place. Operates within the 7-day SLA.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and remediate Fortinet vulnerabilities on indirect-tier assets within 7-day SLA.
- Maintain and extend existing automation for Fortinet patching.
- Coordinate with the exposed-Fortinet team on shared advisories.
- Document patterns and feed Phase 2 automation backlog.
Skill Requirements
- Robust FortiOS administration.
- Familiarity with FortiManager-driven patching at scale.
- Comfortable with automation scripts (Python, Ansible).
Other Requirements
- Fortinet NSE 4 or higher.
- Cross-platform exposure (Fortinet + Cisco) is an advantage.
