We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our Network Data team, The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and leadership capabilities to manage service delivery, lead a high-performing team, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs. This role requires hands-on experience with advanced networking technologies and the ability to handle technical escalations, audits, and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of network professionals.
- Manage and monitor SLA/KPI compliance to ensure service excellence.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network infrastructure and operations.
