- Polishing/: Carry out high/-precision tool room tasks, such as high/-grade cavity mirror polishing and the replacement of damaged ejector pins, guide pillars, bushes, and sprue bushings. traditional Tool Room Machine Operation/: To alter or produce tool inserts, independently set up and run traditional equipment, such as surface grinders, lathe machines, milling machines, and drilling sets.

- Blueprints Literacy/: Expertise in evaluating 3D CAD assemblies and reading and interpreting intricate, multi/-view 2D engineering tool designs. Expert/-level proficiency with precision measurement instruments, such as profile projectors, dial test indicators, micrometers, vernier calipers, and bore gauges, is known as precision measuring instrument mastery.
Hot Runner
Wiring &
- Electrical Testing/: The ability to test electrical continuity, resistance, and short circuits in the mold heating system using digital multimeters and hot runner controllers.
Spreadsheets for the Tooling Lifecycle Engineering/: Extremely comfortable using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to keep track of spare part stocks, log shot counts, assess tool repair costs, and maintain tool history trackers.
