We are looking for an experienced Tool and Die Maker to lead our tool room operations, oversee die maintenance, and ensure precision in manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will manage toolroom activities, supervise tool fabrication, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities :-
- Supervise tool room activities including design, fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of tools and dies.
- Lead a team of toolmakers and machinists, providing technical guidance and training.
- Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate tool development.
- Plan and schedule tool manufacturing and repair work to meet production timelines.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
- Troubleshoot tool-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain records of tool usage, repair history, and inventory.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize tool performance.
Requirements :- Press component die making , Repair and maintanance , Tool manufacturing planning , tool design for straightforward components , Should handle conventional machines ( Lathe , DRO , Surface grinder ) .

Hands-on expertise in precision machining and tool troubleshooting.
