Job Role A TIBCO Developer should have expertise in Design, Development, deployment and support using TIBCO BW 5 and TIBCO BWCE in containerized environments. Should have the ability to understand user requirements, system functionality, prepare and execute unit test cases, version control system usage, effective communication, and smooth releases of products/applications to enhance customer experience and meet organization goals. Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy and support TIBCO BW 5 and BWCE applications in cloud-native or containerized environments

Hands-on support across all TIBCO middleware and related components including EMS, Admin and Adapters

Monitor and troubleshoot BWCE processes for performance and reliability within containerized environments

Perform release, deployment, change and configuration management activities in partnership with infrastructure, TIBCO development partners and third-party vendors

Lead root cause analysis and execute problem management processes

Manage,



resolve and document issues and events related to TIBCO servers and environment availability

Proactively identify and manage risks and issues

Ensure quality documents are maintained as per standard processes Must Have

5+ years of experience in TIBCO BW 5 and BWCE, EMS, Admin and Adapters

Expertise in Design, Development, deployment and support

Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Excellent written and communication skills

Education: M.Tech / B.Tech / B.E./ M.Sc/ MCA

Technical Skills: TIBCO – AMX BW 5.x, BWCE, EMS, Admin, Adapters – File, ADB, MQ, SOAP, HTTP, JMS, REST/JSON, HTTPS, Web Services, Docker, Kubernetes, Java Positive to Have

Experience with enterprise container platforms (e.g. Kubernetes-based such as OpenShift or equivalent)

Observability platform experience (e.g. ELK or similar)

TIBCO RV and Hawk knowledge

Telecom domain exposure
