Experience : 4–7 years as a testing supervisor or senior test technician in electrical/electronics or battery manufacturing.
Key Job Responsibilities :
Supervise the testing team at the BESS unit testing station; execute/oversee charge-discharge cycling, BMS communication checks, protection testing, and final ATP.
Ensure correct use and maintenance of test equipment – battery cyclers, insulation testers, data loggers; maintain test records and results databases.
Identify test failures, perform first-level troubleshooting, and escalate to QA/engineering; enforce safety protocols during high-voltage testing.
Train and guide testing operators; report daily testing throughput and failure statistics to the Production Manager.
