About the Role:

We are seeking a Data & BI QA Engineer to validate data pipelines, ETL processes, Finance calculations, AI dashboards, and reporting accuracy across the Databricks platform. The role requires robust expertise in data validation, ETL testing, and business intelligence testing to ensure high-quality analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare test strategy and test plans.
- Design and execute ETL test cases.
- Validate source-to-target data migration.
- Perform data reconciliation between SAP and Databricks.
- Validate Finance KPIs and business calculations.
- Test Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Perform API and integration testing.




- Execute regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate AI dashboard outputs and reporting accuracy.
- Track and manage defects using Jira.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Data Engineers to resolve issues.
- Prepare test reports and quality metrics.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

- 6+ years of QA experience.
- Strong experience in ETL and Data Warehouse testing.
- Excellent SQL skills.
- Experience validating large datasets.
- Experience testing Power BI dashboards.
- Knowledge of SAP Finance data.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certification

- Experience testing Azure Databricks solutions.
- Knowledge of PySpark-based data validation.
- Experience with automation testing using Python or Selenium.
- Exposure to performance and load testing.
- ISTQB Certification.
