About The Role We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester with specialized domain expertise in Health Claims processing and hands-on experience with the TCS BaNCS platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating the integrity and functionality of health insurance claim workflows within the system. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and domain experts to ensure that the system meets all business, regulatory, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, strong analytical abilities, and a thorough understanding of insurance claim processes.

Qualifications Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with relevant experience in the insurance domain. Prior experience of 2-3 years in health claims testing or related roles is essential. Familiarity with the TCS BaNCS platform and insurance claim lifecycle processes will be highly advantageous.

Basic knowledge of SQL and proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools are preferred.



Strong documentation skills and the ability to analyze complex scenarios are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of health insurance claims modules within the TCS BaNCS platform, ensuring all functionalities operate as intended.

Validate claim adjudication, settlement, policy linkage, and payment workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance with business rules.

Create detailed test cases and scripts based on business requirements, ensuring thorough coverage of all scenarios.

Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to identify defects and verify fixes.

Log, track, and verify defects in coordination with the development team, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.

Ensure that all testing activities adhere to regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and internal quality benchmarks.

Collaborate with business analysts and domain experts to understand complex requirements and translate them into effective test cases.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing procedures, defect reports, and test results for audit and review purposes.
