Infosys is seeking experienced Automation Test Engineers with expertise in Java and Selenium to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining automation frameworks, developing automated test scripts, and ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise applications.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Java Programming
- Experience in Selenium WebDriver automation testing
- Expertise in TestNG/JUnit
- Positive understanding of Automation Frameworks (Hybrid, Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, POM)
- Experience with Maven/Gradle and Git
- Knowledge of API Testing using Rest Assured, Postman, or SOAP UI
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle
- Ability to create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts

Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements to create automation test strategies.
- Develop, execute,



and maintain automation scripts using Java and Selenium.
- Design and enhance automation frameworks for scalable testing.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, log, and track defects using Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Cucumber BDD
- Knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD
- Exposure to Appium Mobile Automation
- Experience with SQL and Database Testing
- Knowledge of Performance Testing tools such as JMeter
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
