About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in UI and API automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Playwright with Java. The candidate should be capable of independently implementing automation solutions aligned with enterprise testing standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
- Automate UI test cases using Playwright with Java.
- Develop API automation scripts using Rest Assured.
- Create reusable automation components following industry best practices.
- Implement BDD automation using Cucumber.
- Develop and maintain feature files and step definitions.
- Generate detailed execution reports using Extent Reports and other reporting frameworks.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Execute regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end automation suites.
- Analyze failures and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams.
- Review automation code and improve framework quality.
- Continuously enhance automation coverage and execution efficiency.
