Job Title: TERRITORY SALES INCHARGE (TSI) – FMCG Company: Bindu Beverage Pvt Ltd link: https://houseofbindu.com/ Location: Najafgarh, Janakpuri, Vikaspuri, Moti Nagar, Tilak Nagar, Rajouri Garden, Madipur, Nangloi, Bawana, Narela, Peeragadhi, Rohini, Kanjhawala Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) to manage sales operations in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, managing distributors, expanding the retail network, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: •Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. •Manage primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory. •Develop and maintain robust relationships with distributors and retailers. •Increase product distribution, visibility, and market share. •Appoint new distributors and expand the retail network where required. •Conduct regular market visits to monitor retailer coverage and distributor performance. •Ensure stock availability and timely replenishment at distributor points.



•Execute trade schemes, promotions, and merchandising activities. Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback. •Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. •Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy.

Eligibility: •Graduate in any discipline.

1-2 years of FMCG Field Sales Experience Mandatory Experience in distributor handling and retail sales.

Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Proficient in MS Excel and sales reporting.

Must own a two-wheeler with driving license* Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred FMCG Experience * Candidates with experience in food & beverages, personal care, home care, dairy, snacks, or packaged foods will be preferred.
