Reporting To: Sales Officer

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) to drive secondary sales, strengthen distributor and retailer relationships, and expand market presence across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the Food, Snacks, and Namkeen segment.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales targets for the assigned territory.

Drive secondary sales through distributors and retail outlets.

Generate orders and ensure product availability across the market.

Expand retail coverage and increase numeric distribution.

Execute beat plans and daily market visits effectively.

Ensure merchandising and product visibility at retail outlets.

Promote new product launches and trade schemes.





Monitor distributor stock levels and support inventory management.

Build robust relationships with distributors and retailers.

Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.

Submit daily sales reports, beat reports, and market feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).

2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales.

Preference will be given to candidates from Food, Snacks, Namkeen, Biscuits, Confectionery, Beverages, Dairy, or Packaged Foods industries.

Experience in handling distributors and retail channels.

Good knowledge of the assigned territory and local market.

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Age: Preferably below 30 years.

Compensation

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
