Role & responsibilities

- Identify and track tender opportunities with existing and prospective clients (L&T;, Reliance, and similar Tier-1 developers/EPCs)

- Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions, BOQ pricing, rate analysis

- Coordinate rates for finishing trades (gypsum, flooring, stone, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, block work)

- Review GCC/SCC on subcontracts, flagging risk clauses before agreement

- Negotiate contract terms with clients/main contractors

- Track bank guarantees and retention across active contracts

- Advise site/billing teams on variations and extra-item claims

- Report tender pipeline and contract status to Directors

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering (mandatory)

- 8-12 years' experience in tendering and/or contracts management within construction, interior fit-out, or civil finishing subcontracting

- Demonstrated experience negotiating GCC/SCC with Tier-1 clients (L&T;, Reliance, Tata Projects, or similar)

- Robust command of BOQ, rate analysis, and tender documentation for finishing trades

- Working knowledge of bank guarantees and retention mechanisms

- Mumbai-based, willing to travel to sites periodically
