Role & responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate relevant tender opportunities through various portals and registered sources.

- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and RFQs to determine technical and commercial feasibility.

- Prepare and submit accurate, competitive, and compliant technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.

- Coordinate with internal departments such as Engineering, Design, Procurement, Finance, Production, and Projects for bid preparation.

- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors for cost estimation.

- Conduct tender review meetings and support bid strategy, including go/no-go decisions.

- Ensure compliance with client requirements, tender specifications, and company policies.





- Assist in contract clarifications and commercial negotiations with clients.

- Maintain records of tender submissions and monitor bid status until project award.

- Track tender performance and provide recommendations to improve bid success rates.

- Stay updated with industry trends, market pricing, statutory requirements, and tendering practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.

- 34 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or bid management.

- Experience in engineering, EPC, process equipment, manufacturing, or construction industries will be preferred.
