Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

- Analyze project requirements, technical specifications, and customer documentation to develop clear and compliant tender proposals.

- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for assigned projects and tenders in line with defined scope and guidelines.

- Support the application of estimation standards and best practices, ensuring compliance with established processes and tools.

- Work closely with sales, engineering, and project teams to gather inputs and ensure technically sound and commercially competitive offers.

- Provide technical clarifications and support during the tendering process, including responding to customer queries and participating in technical discussions when required.

- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by sharing feedback from executed tenders and lessons learned to improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Develop working knowledge of key offer elements including technical scope, BOQ,



sourcing assumptions, cash flow basics, and commercial inputs.

- Ensure alignment and consistency with previous project references, standard terms & conditions, taxation norms, risk inputs, and pricing assumptions under guidance.

Experience

- 5 8 years of relevant experience in estimation, proposals, tendering, or techno-commercial roles.

- Knowledge in MV/LV AIS/GIS Switchgear, Relays, Distribution transformers, Power management/Power Quality systems and Sub-station field and SCADA/Automation,

- Additional knowledge on Industrial Automation- PLC/Drive solution, Data Center IT infrastructure equipment e.g., UPS, Cooling solutions/ HVAC shall be preferred

- Positive planning & inter-personal & communication skills and decision making .
