Role: T24 Test Engineer

Technical Competencies

1. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps) and the SDLC.
2. Experience in designing and executing manual test cases for functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
3. Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM).
4. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
5. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for data validation.
6. Familiarity with test automation concepts and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) is an advantage.
7. Understanding of security testing principles and data privacy regulations.
8. Hands on Practical Project experience of the Temenos T24 core banking platform, including mortgage, lending ,LOS,AA modules, account structures, and accounting entries.
9. Sound understanding of mortgage and retail-lending products and processes, including loan origination / opening, disbursement, settlement, refunds, early / auto closure, and reporting.
10. Working knowledge of Workflow / Business Process Management (BPM) systems and BPMN-based process testing.
11. Awareness of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and their application in software testing
12. Ability to critically evaluate AIgenerated outputs and validate correctness,



coverage, and risk.
13. Familiarity with responsible AI principles, including data privacy, security, and model limitations

Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. ISTQB Foundation Level certification is required; Advanced Level is an advantage.

Preferred Experience:

1. Min of 4-8 years of experience in software testing across functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
2. Banking Products and Process Knowledge Preferred

3. Experience in the banking or financial services industry, with hands-on exposure to the Temenos T24 core banking platform mortgage / lending preferred, LOS,LOANS, AA must have..

1. Hands-on testing experience with mortgage / lending products and SZHP-type government housing or subsidy schemes is highly desirable.
2. Experience testing BPMN / workflow management systems and system integrations in a core-banking landscape.
3. Demonstrated experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
4. Experience with API testing and data validation.
5. Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks is an advantage.
