About the Role

SparkWave Digital Media is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented Telecaller / Cold Calling Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our digital marketing services, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients using the provided database.

Introduce SparkWave Digital Media's services in a professional and engaging manner.





Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and business needs.

Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.

Follow up with interested prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Build positive relationships with prospective clients through excellent communication.

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (Bengali is a plus).

Confident and persuasive speaking ability.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, MS Office, CRM tools is an advantage).

Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred but freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
