Shamma Lights is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our LED lighting products. The candidate will contact potential customers, generate leads, explain product features, follow up on inquiries, and help increase sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, retailers, builders, electricians, and potential customers.
- Introduce Shamma Lights' LED lighting products and current offers.
- Generate recent business leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
- Maintain daily call records and customer database.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order processing.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide product information.
- Achieve monthly sales and call targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
