- Minimum 6 months of experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Outbound Sales.

Qualification

- 12th Pass (Higher qualifications are welcome).

Language Skills

- Fluent in Hindi and English (both spoken and understood).

- Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.

- Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into sales.

- Maintain customer records and update call details in the CRM or sales software.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

- Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
