Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales/leads Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM Handle objections and close deals effectively Build and maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales/Telecalling/BPO Sales Excellent communication skills Kannada and English is mandatory Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel) Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
