Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Promote e-commerce products, services, discounts, and special campaigns.

- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

- Follow up with customers regarding orders, abandoned carts, and promotional offers.

- Handle customer queries and provide product information.

- Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Coordinate with the sales, operations, and customer support teams.

- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.

- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or e-commerce sales.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
