Role Description The Telemarketing Representative role at K Communications is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. In this role, the representative will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote services, explain offerings, and answer inquiries in a clear and qualified manner. The position involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting sales campaigns by maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

The representative will handle customer questions, resolve basic concerns, and escalate complex issues as needed, while meeting daily call and conversion targets.



Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, gather feedback from customers, and improve overall campaign performance is also a key part of the day-to-day work. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and build positive relationships.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to engage professionally and clearly with callers.

Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to identify opportunities, present offerings effectively, and support lead conversion.

Ability to work comfortably with call targets, CRM or call-logging tools, and basic computer applications.

Strong listening skills, resilience in handling rejection, and a solution-oriented approach.

Prior telemarketing, call center, or inside sales experience is an advantage.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing, business, or communications is a plus.
