- Explain The Holidays Club membership plans and benefits professionally.
- Build rapport with customers and handle their queries confidently.

- Update CRM with accurate call status, follow-up details, and customer responses.
- Use the company's calling application for daily calling activities.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and the Operations team to achieve targets.
- Maintain professional communication and provide an excellent customer experience.
