In this role, you will interact with potential clients interested in study visas, work visas, and overseas immigration opportunities, guiding them through the initial process. ### Key Responsibilities Outbound &
- Inbound Calling: Connect with prospective clients over the phone to explain overseas immigration and visa services.

Counseling &

- Guidance: Assess candidate profiles, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable visa/immigration pathways.

Lead Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with warm leads and convert prospects into registered clients.

Database Management: Maintain and update daily call logs, lead status, and client details in the CRM system.

Target Achievement: Achieve daily call targets and monthly client conversion goals.



### Requirements &

- Qualifications Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.

Experience: Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Experience in Telecalling, BPO, Sales, or Immigration/Visa counseling is a major advantage.

Skills: Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).

Active listening, persuasive skills, and a customer-centric attitude.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM). ### Perks &
