JD: Contact customers regarding overdue loan payments. Follow up with customers through phone calls and maintain regular communication. Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections. Resolve customer queries related to loan repayments. Update call records and collection status in the system. Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets while following company policies.

Requirement: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory. Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Collections, Write-off, or Loan Recovery.

Educational Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree. Relevant collections/recovery experience is mandatory. Strong loan recovery and negotiation skills. Valuable communication skills in Tamil and Basic English. Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
