Job Title: Tele Collection Officer (TCO) / Senior TCO

Location: Mumbai | Delhi | Chennai | Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹17,000–₹19,000 per month + Performance Incentives

We are hiring Tele Collection Officers and Senior TCOs to join our growing team. If you have experience in tele collections, tele sales, customer service, or recovery, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment commitments and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and monthly productivity and collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies during customer interactions.

Requirements
- Experience in Tele Collections, Tele Sales,



Customer Service, or Recovery.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
